This play was very successfully produced as an one act play at the Place Theatre in Bedford, before being extended into a three act play. Currently negotiations are going on with a London Theatre to put it on stage early next year.
This slightly surrealist black comedy deals with a man in his thirties waking up in a coffin in his living room. He had been pronounced dead after a car crash and has been laid out for people to pay their last respects, but wakes up. Funny things start happening to him as his life takes an unexpected turn.
Cheating Death will be published as a booklet sometime next year.
